Pre-online applications to RVIS are free. Applications for siblings and non-siblings can only be submitted online and must be completed in full. Once completed and submitted, parents will receive an email from our admissions office.

Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation to complete an online full application with all required documents, as well assessment payment prior to the actual assessment date.

Applications are not considered on a ‘first apply – first served’ basis.

A Lybia Residence Permit is not a mandatory document to apply. However, if your application is successful, the applicant will need to submit a valid copy of his/her QID prior to the actual admission to RVIS. This requirement is mandatory as per Ministry of Education and Higher Education rules and regulations for all students in Qatar. QIS reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a place if the applicant is not in possession of Qatar Residence Permit prior to starting at RVIS.
